I was fortunate to meet Mary Lynn Engel through a class I took in branding and marketing at the University of Southern Maine. Mary Lynn was the instructor for this class and was a natural choice when the company I worked for needed someone to work with us to shift the tone and clarity of our numerous written communications to employers and members. Mary Lynn works well with many different personality types and is comfortable working in a group environment as well as one on one. She is a gifted writer with the ability to hone in on the essence of the message and create communications that are visually attractive and message reinforcing.

I have known Mary Lynn for twelve years while she was an Assistant Professor of Marketing within the Business Department of Saint Joseph’s College of Maine and I was the Department Chair. During that period of time she not only effectively mentored students within the department, but also assisted a variety of businesses to develop more effective branding programs. Her student evaluations during her time at Saint Joseph’s College were very good and filled with comments regarding her desire and ability to help them not only through college but also after graduation.
